Network announced Aug. 20 that its popular Nuns on the Bus tour will travel the U.S. for a sixth time. This year's tour will begin Oct. 8 in Los Angeles and end Nov. 2 in Palm Beach, Florida, at the Mar-a-Lago resort owned by President Trump, where the sisters plan to present the stories they heard on their cross-country journey.

Nuns on the Bus Blog - Now that I've had some time to rest up and reflect on the experience of the Nuns on the Bus, Mending the Gap tour, I've been able to identify what I consider to be five important takeaways.
Nuns on the Bus Blog - When I was growing up, it wasn't an aspiration to become president. And yet, here I was, more than five decades later, about to witness something we had never imagined happening become a real possibility.

Nuns on the Bus Blog - We see a wellspring of hope with the possibility of eradicating the current culture of fear dominating much of the political environment around us. Accompanying that hope, we also see a wellspring of creativity among the people who attend the Nuns on the Bus rallies and caucuses, sharing their visions and dreams for another way forward.
Nus on the Bus Blog - We as a people face some critical choices as we decide what kind of a people — a country — we want to be. The urgency and importance of our choices become more apparent as Nuns on the Bus travels along.
Nuns on the Bus Blog - On the 10th day of the Nuns on the Bus tour, we encountered more of the heartbreak and hope that we enter more deeply each day on this journey throughout U.S. cities and towns.
