Cecilia Nya

Cecilia Nya is from Nigeria, and is a member a member of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus. As an educator and administrator for 50 years as a religious, she has worked as a classroom teacher and in different educational administrative roles.  She has also served in leadership roles in her society and on the boards of other organizations: UNANIMA International, a nongovernmental organization at the United Nations; the African Europe Faith and Justice Network, or AEFJN; and Solidarity with South Sudan, an initiative of the International Union of Superiors General and the Union of Superiors General. She is now ministering as "a present of presence" in South Sudan, with Solidarity with South Sudan.
