A member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi in St. Francis, Wisconsin, Sr. Celia Struck ministered in elementary education for 33 years in several cities in Wisconsin, and taught at an Indian mission on Standing Rock Reservation in Fort Yates, North Dakota. Currently, she is the congregation archivist for the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi. She also serves as the secretary of the Sisters Program South Advisory Board.

Sisters Program South welcomes women on the streets of Milwaukee

To address the many crises of women struggling in trafficking and the street-based sex trade, one Lutheran church and four Catholic women religious congregations formed a faith-based partnership.
