Gabriella Mahos

Gabriella Mahos is a member of the Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd. Born on Flores Island, Indonesia, she experienced firsthand the impact of educational exclusion and social injustice among young women. Her vocation grew from a desire to accompany vulnerable communities and promote dignity, education and empowerment. She has served in pastoral care, youth and women’s programs, shelters, spiritual formation, and community outreach. With a commitment to social justice, she currently works on issues related to child migration in Ruteng, Flores Island, accompanying children and families with compassion and hope.
