Helena Jonasi

Sr. Helena Rumbidzai Jonasi is a member of the Little Children of our Blessed Lady, whose motherhouse is in Harare, Zimbabwe. Trained as a nurse, she worked for many years in remote mission hospitals in Zimbabwe, training village health workers to improve maternal and child health. She also cared for people living with HIV/AIDS by training care givers and facilitating support groups. She served as the congregational secretary general for five years before becoming the administrator of a spiritual and formation center for the Harare Archdiocese. Presently she has been commissioned to do archival work for her congregation.
