Patricia Thomas

Patricia Thomas is a Sister of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus from Nigeria. She worked as a primary school teacher before joining the congregation, and speaks five languages: Gwandara, Ibo, Housa, English and French. She is presently a missionary working in N’Djamena, Chad.

Sisters suffer the effects of COVID-19 in Chad

Before the coronavirus, Chad faced many challenges, including ongoing conflict, poverty, food shortages and unemployment. Now, the effects of COVID-19 cannot be overemphasized. All we can do is hope and trust in God, and pray.
