I am from the Southeast Province of Latin America, and from my experience in formation, I can confirm that yes, it is true: this is a very important issue, and it is no different in the context of religious life. Sometimes I perceive that when it comes to offering professional help to a sister, there is enormous resistance; on the other hand, in the case of young women in formation, acceptance is usually easier.
