Sr. Carmen Camacho

Sr. Carmen Camacho, from Venezuela, is a special education teacher who graduated from the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University in Caracas in 2006. She joined the Medical Missionary Sisters in 2013. She currently lives in Los Frailes de Catia, Caracas, where she works as a teaching mentor for vulnerable girls at the Virgen de los Dolores Home. Since 2016, she has been collaborating with the San José Obrero parish Caritas, coordinating the SAMAN program, which provides nutritional care to children under 5 and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, as well as community health outreach events. She also participates in vocational outreach initiatives.
