Sarah Kohles is an assistant professor of theology at Briar Cliff University. She is a Sister of St. Francis of Dubuque and has contributed to multiple books on religious life and the church — most recently Reseeding Religious Life through Global Sisterhood. Kohles draws from her background in parish ministry and her scholarship as she seeks to make theology and the Bible accessible to wider audiences. She looks forward to the publication of her book Women at the Window, about three biblical women who occupy liminal spaces at windows, in the fall of 2026.
