October 4: The Feast of St. Francis of Assisi is a great day to celebrate care for God’s creation by using our environment resources.
November 3-9: National Vocation Awareness Week takes on richer meaning with our vocations lessons.
November 17-23: Discover Catholic Schools Week is a time to discover the ways that sisters continue to teach us through their witness.
December 1: Advent begins, and our Advent series lets students prepare spiritually with sisters for Christmas.
January 1-31: National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month and Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
January 26-February 1: Celebrate Catholic Schools Week is another chance to celebrate the teaching legacy of women religious.
February 1-28: Black History Month helps students sharpen their focus on race relations.
February 8: The feast of St. Josephine Bakhita is a day when the church celebrates a day of prayer and awareness about human trafficking.
February 20: The World Day of Social Justice aims to raise awareness of the need to build fairer, more equitable societies.
March 5: Ash Wednesday starts our journey of Lent, journeying with the guidance of sisters.
March 8: International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
March 8-14: Catholic Sisters Week invites us to explore vocations and many other aspects of religious life.
April 1-30: National Volunteer Month is a time to celebrate and recognize the contributions of volunteers, many of which are sisters.
April 22: Earth Day celebrates creation and the work sisters do as stewards of the environment.
