A listener ponders whether it's easier to be forgiven than to do what's right in the first place.

While "preventive" forgiveness sounds like a good idea, Sisters Maxine and Shannon note that despite intentionally choosing right actions, there always will be reasons to seek and give forgiveness.

The capacity to forgive and be forgiven makes us free, they say.
