When Barb Giehl began discerning a call to religious life the second time around, she asked if the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas would accept her — and she knew the answer should have been no. 

"Why would they take an old lady like me? So I really didn't feel like it was a big risk. But then I could put it away and just go on." In this clip from "In Good Faith," she describes how she didn't get the answer she expected.
