The gardens of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose in Fremont, California, are a double victory: They offer a glorious view, and they produce food enough to share with the community. In this clip from "In Good Faith," Sr. Maxine Kollasch talks with Dominican Srs. Barbara Hagel and Jeanette DeYoung about the bounties of the community's two gardens and the natural ways they use to cultivate them.
