Mourine Achieng is a Kenyan-based writer interested in the intersection of culture, social life and religion. Her work explores how faith influences everyday living, especially among young people navigating modern society. She founded Chaste for Christ, a faith-based initiative encouraging Catholics to embrace chastity confidently. Through her writing and advocacy, she seeks to create a positive space where God's design for love and sexuality can be rediscovered and lived out in today's world.

Sisters work to build learning environment in drought-afflicted border community

In a small border town between Kenya and Tanzania sits Savelberg Mixed Day and Boarding Primary School, founded in 2012 by the Little Sisters of St. Joseph to provide the community with a learning institution.
